EMR, EMT, and Paramedic

 

LifeGuard is now accepting resumes for all positions to fill potential contracts currently being bid upon.

 

 Typical duties will include:

• Providing emergency and non-emergency medical services to the crews working on location

• Maintaining and operating from both the medical center and the Emergency Conveyance Vehicle or MTC

• Maintaining equipment and supply upkeep, cleanliness and preparations for rapid response.

• Additional training duties may also be expected including weather and specialised medical equipment.

• Experience with private, corporate and industrial medical operations essential.

• CannAmm certified BAT, POCT and OF testing qualifications highly sought.

 

The successful candidate will also need to:

• Be registered as unrestricted in all capacities with the Alberta College of Paramedics

• Be familiar with and trained in OHSA classification guidelines

• Be familiar with and properly trained in disability management plans

• Track and report daily logs as required

• Attend meetings and participate in training as required

• Report to and comply with HSSE Manager or their designates directives

 

Computer skills are essential as near all documentation is now on computer.

The company is operating with full BLS and ALS protocols and some of the very latest medical equipment available.
